I was eagerly waiting to bake something this week. Just to boast my skills to my MIL and FIL :)
Wanted to make the tried and tested recipe, so went on with DK's Eggless Chocolate Cake. . It has turned out great the first time i baked it, But this time it was even more wonderful tasted really really good, soft and spongy.
Was I extra careful for my MIL and FIL???? No Idea :)
Didnt make any big changes to the Original Recipe. Jus increased the baking time to 30 minutes and tossed in some walnuts.
