A little experimenting going on in the kitchen - I'm trying out chocolate marshmallows. I mean marshmallows made from scratch and chocolate flavoured not just marshmallows covered in chocolate. I find the egg white method the most successful marshmallow recipe for me so I hope it works with chocolate!! Here are some raspberry ones. I made raspberry marshmallows earlier this week, they were scrummy!!
