Twin 1 likes to bake, so we've started the Saturday baking club. Each Saturday we will try a different recipe, which we will post on here, along with the photo's of course
Today we made Rocky Road Biscuits.
Heres the recipe:
Ingredients
4 oz Butter
4 oz Soft Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 tbsp Milk
2 oz Milk Chocolate drops
4 oz Plain Flour
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp baking Powder
2 oz White Chocolate Drops
1 oz Mini Marshmallows
Method
Preheat the oven to 170C
Line a baking sheet with baking paper
Cream together the butter and sugar.
Beat in the egg and milk
Stir in flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and half the chocolate drops.

Place dessert spoonfuls of the mixture on the baking trays
Bake for 5 minutes
remove from the oven and top with the remaining chocolate and the marshmallows
Return to the oven for a further 5 minutes.
Cool and enjoy.
