3 Fruit Bread - Mango, Banana and Apple (NO Egg 'n NO Butter)

I came up with this recipe to make a bead recipe where I can use mango as the main ingredient and wanted to post it in Guest Event - "Only Mango". I know I am posting it almost at the end of the event, but few days back made something...but had guests at home without any notice, so had to serve them without taking a picture. :)

So this is a new recipe that I am trying with mango. I made bread so many times, but this time wanted to use more fruits which would be nice if combined with mango. This turned out so good, but to make it more look like a mango based bread, I made a cream cheese topping with mango puree. This was awesome, because Anush never liked mango, but he wanted to try this bread. So I am happy for making it. :) He also helped me out making this bread.

This recipe has no eggs, no butter and I have tried using as much as healthy ingredients like almond meal and whole wheat flour too. So lets go to the recipe now.....

Ingredients:
------------
Dry Ingredients:
-----------------
1/2 cup Almond Meal
3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt

Wet Ingredients:
------------------
1/2 cup Sugar
2/3 cup Brown  Sugar
2 Bananas
1 large Mango, cubed
1/2 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
1/4 Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Chocolate Mocha Syrup (unsweetened) (optional)

Mango Cream Cheese Topping:
---------------------------------
1 pkg Whipped Cream Cheese or regular Cream Cheese
1-2 Mango, pureed
1/4 cup Powdered Sugar

Method:
----------
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Coat the bottom of a loaf pan with butter and flour.

3. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients - APP flour, WW flour, Almond meal (I toasted the almonds, cooled it and then powdered it to make the almond meal, but you can buy almond meal from store), cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt, whisk all together until mixed.
4. Now puree the bananas and mango and add them in a second bowl, combine, regular sugar, brown sugar, apple sauce, oil, vanilla, chocolate mocha syrup and mix all of them once.

5. Now add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix it with a electric mixer just until mixed.
6. Now pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake it for about 60 - 65 mins or until the top of the bread has nice brown crust on it and when a tooth pick inserted should come out clean without sticking. (In this case it will seem as if it's sticky a little, but it will be alright once the bread cools down to room temperature).

Making cream cheese topping:
-------------------------------
1. Mix all the ingredients together and spread it over the bread or over a slice of bread or make a sandwich with two slices of bread with the cream cheese filling in between.

In-Floor Radiant Heating Saves You Money

Many people think of heated floors as more of a luxury than an energy saver. It is actually both! Normal heating uses air flow to spread the air throughout a home, but radiant floor heat does not. That is why it is more efficient. Radiant floor heating does not lose energy though ducts. The heat rises from the floor and naturally circulates throughout the room. The type of flooring used with an in-floor radiant heating system is important. Tile is the most efficient because the heat easily passes through it, but carpet also will work. At Klasinski Plumbing, we installed the automatic snow melting system for the Hotel Whiting in Stevens Point, WI. This system cleverly uses radiant floor heating to melt away snow from its driveway. Now that is a luxury! Radiant floor heating can save you money and is worth looking into. At Klasinski Plumbing, we are in-floor radiant heating experts. If you have any questions about in-floor radiant heating or anything else, you can find us on Facebook, Twitter, and Google+.
