I am so excited about my 100th post today. Thanks to all my blogger friends and my family for their wonderful comments and encouragement. I am already looking forward to my 200th milestone :-)Pita sandwich is a Greek food. It can be made very quickly. Toast pita bread lightly in a tawa. Spread a tablespoon of homemade or store bought hummus(I used cilantro-jalapeno store bought hummus) on one side of the pita bread. Layer with sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, pepperocini(or deli sliced pepper rings) and lettuce. Sprinkle salt and fold. Enjoy!
