Peanut Powder



Picture may not be great. But the podi(powder) tastes great if you are a peanut and garlic lover.

Ingredients:
Roasted unsalted peanuts-1/2 cup
Red chillies-3
Hing-1/4 tsp
Curry leaves-a few
Garlic-3 cloves
Salt
Oil-1/2 tsp

Method:
Heat oil in a pan. Add red chillies, garlic, curry leaves and hing.
Once garlic and red chillies turn brown, turn off the heat.
Let it cool. Grind along with peanuts and salt to a coarse powder.
Mix with hot rice and ghee and enjoy when you are not in the mood to cook elaborate meals :)
