Biriyani using frozen Vegetables - Ideal for bachelors
This is the easiest method to make biriyani using frozen vegetables without compromising the taste. I had a medley of beans, carrot, peas and corn in my freezer. It's the biriyani masala powder that makes this dish tasty!
Method:
Stir fry the vegetables in oil+ghee mixture for 2 minutes, add "aachi biriyani masala" powder and salt and fry for another minute.
Rinse and soak basmathi rice for 10 minutes. Cook basmathi rice along with the veges till done.
Garnish with a tsp of spring onions and coriander leaves.
Serve with raitha.
