Strawberry Mango Popsicle

Who does not Popsicle?? And when it is freshly homemade we all love it and parents have a satisfaction that kids eats healthy food even in a popsicle, instead of the artificially flavored and color which is loaded with sugars when bought from the store. It is very easy to make at home and whatever fruit is best in the season you can use it. I made so many of them and could not stop myself after eating one. :-)

Ingredients:
---------------
1 box of fresh Strawberries or frozen (fresh is always better)
2-3 fresh sweet Mangoes
Sugar or Honey as needed (I used 2 tsp Sugar)

Method:
-----------
1. In a blender add the washed strawberries and make a smooth puree.
2. In the same blender, skin out the mangoes and cube it and make puree of it.
keep it aside.
3. In a sauce pan add the strawberry puree and sugar and heat it in medium flame until the sugar dissolves.
4. Allow it to cool, then add the mango puree mix well and fill the puree mix into plastic popsicle maker and freeze it until set for about 6-8 hours.
5. Make as many as you want and wash and re-fill and use it.
6. Before removing the popsicle out of the popsicle maker, run it through hot water and gently pull it outside. This will not break the popsicle.
