Vegetable Fried Rice


I always like to chop vegetables for this dish since it comes with colorful combination of carrots, beans, cabbage, capsicums and spring onions. I have prepared this dish many times at my home without adding soy sauce as I found soy sauce changes the color of the dish. However this time I have tried this dish by adding light soy sauce. I believe that soy sauce will add a unique taste to this dish. . Also I didn't add beans as an ingredient. You are welcome to add beans when u prepare this dish. :-)
