Roasted Garlic Butter

I like roasting of anything. We usually roast garlic and vegetables a lot during the winter. Today it's kind of cold in here, so thought of making something warm for dinner tonight. So thought of making this butter to go with anything, am saying so because as I am still thinking of what to make for dinner. :) I also remembered that today is last day to submit to Vardhini's - Herbs and Flowers - Garlic event so thought of sending it too!

Ingredients:
-------------
3 whole Garlic
1 or 2 Sticks Butter (room temperature) (you can use one or two according to your taste) - I used one.

Method:
--------------

1. Preheat oven to 350F. or if using toaster oven you need not preheat.

2. Cover each whole garlic with aluminium foil and place it in a baking sheet and bake it for about 45 - 60 mins.

3. Allow it to cool, then open the foil and take the garlic out and just squeeze the garlic to get the roasted pulp out and save it in a mixing bowl.

4. Now add the room temperature butter, mix well with a rubber spatula or fork or spoon.
5.This is a simple recipe for garlic lovers...this can be used as a spread, to top soups, salads etc., and if you don't want to use butter you can substitute it with any other ingredient too!
