At Splash Plumbing we only sell the best water heaters around and not some "discount water heater" from NoName USA.
We fully warrant all of our installations and often represent the manufacturer warranty in the event there is an issue in the future! Can some "cheap plumbers" or "discount plumbers" offer that? I would have to believe the answer is NO!
Thinking of "saving a few bucks" and trying to buy a water heater from one of those local home warehouse stores? Although tempting I admit, I strongly advise against it due to the FACT these water heaters come from one of the manufacturers we buy from AND then .... the heater is sold to another vendor of "The Warehouse Store" and they slap there name on the unit ........ put it in a pretty box and up onto the shelf.
The end result is that the consumer ... YOU ... pays up to another 20% for this "sticker change" and in the event there is a warranty issue the consumer .. YOU ... places a phone call into the "call center" and this is where the RED-TAPE starts.......You will be asked to diagnose SEVERAL potential problems with a "Tech Support Guru" from 8 states away before thay will even consider helping you with any sort of repair. If you can't diagnose their requests... guess what happens? "Sir/Madam ... you will need to hire a licensed plumbing contractor to aide in the proper diagnosis before we can send off any replacement parts" is what you will hear!
This scenario is VERY real and is what we deal with on a daily basis. In addition, this is just the beginning.
As I mentioned in a previous post, if you live in Mission Viejo or any surrounding Orange County city and are in need of a new water heater installation ..... "Support Your Local Plumber".
